At P-Dub Media, we offer flexible, high-quality photoshoot packages designed to fit your vision, your schedule, and your budget. Whether you’re looking for a quick session or full coverage of a special event, we’ve got you covered.
Each session includes professional editing, access to a private online gallery, and full support before, during, and after your shoot.
How the shooting process goes
At P-Dub Media, we make the shooting experience smooth, fun, and tailored to your needs. Here’s what you can expect:
1. Consultation & Booking: We start with a quick consultation to understand your vision, goals, and preferences. Once the details are confirmed, we’ll lock in your date with a signed agreement and deposit.
2. Planning & Prep: Leading up to the shoot, we’ll help with anything you need—location suggestions, wardrobe tips, shot lists, or timeline planning. For events, we coordinate with your schedule to ensure we capture every key moment.
3. Shoot Day: We show up early, set up professionally, and create a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. Whether it’s a portrait session or a live event, we direct when needed and capture natural, authentic moments.
4. Post-Production: After the shoot, we carefully edit your photos or videos to match our signature style—clean, vibrant, and polished. Turnaround time depends on the project size, but we always communicate timelines up front.
5. Delivery: Your final images or videos are delivered via a private online gallery or download link. Prints, albums, or photobooks (if ordered) are shipped or available for pickup.
Consultation
We will help you find the right package for you to shoot, tell you about the images and help you prepare for shooting.
Shooting
The most interesting thing is the shooting process. We try to make comfortable conditions for shooting and a relaxed atmosphere.
Post-Production
We will send you all the photos from the shooting and you can select the photos for retouching yourself.
Result Delivery
We will send you the first retouched photos within a week after the selection.
